Further strengthen the supervision after the event, strictly implement the relevant requirements of safety, environmental protection, energy consumption, quality, land use, industrial policy and capacity replacement. It is strictly prohibited to add new steel smelting capacity in any name and in any way, and seriously investigate and punish various types of steel production capacity violations. Behavior, accelerate the withdrawal of backward production capacity, and strictly prevent the resurgence of "ground strip steel" and the resumption of excess capacity that has been resolved. Guide enterprises to resume production and production, do well in industry operation monitoring and analysis, and maintain stable operation of the industry. Further promote the green development of the steel industry, accelerate the ultra-low emission transformation of iron and steel enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and surrounding areas, the Yangtze River Delta region, and the Fenwei Plain and other key areas to prevent and control air pollution, and develop electric furnace steel technology.
