Production Schedule
When the order confirmed with customer,they cooperate with produc-tion department ,check the technical requirements again and set out accurate production time for different grades, sizes and quantity. After the order confirmed, production and technical department will prepare the most formal and precise production schedule by day time.This process ensure the promised date for customer.
Production Tracking
The main task of production tracking is to follow the status of the goods ordered by customer.
1). Our logistic departments will follow the order and the update the weekly production progress to customer.
2). If there is any change,our logistic will inform and discuss with our client at the first time.
3). In order to finish production on time ,we also will send staff to mill in time and witness the production process. And they also will make the report of production progress.
