Q245R, the letter Q represents the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet "Qu". The number 245 represents the minimum yield strength value. The letter R is the first letter of the Chinese phonetic alphabet "Rong". Q245R has special composition and performance, and it is mainly used as pressure vessel steel.
Differences between Q245R (HIC) and Q245R (R-HIC):
Q245R (HIC) has only conducted one experiment: HIC, i.e. hydrogen induced cracking resistance experiment
Q245R (R-HIC) carried out two experiments: HIC, the hydrogen induced cracking resistance experiment; SSCC anti sulfide stress corrosion test.
