Low alloy steel Q390E-Z25 thick plate

Q390E-Z25 steel is a low alloy high strength material, which is subject to GB/T 1591 standard. Generally, normalizing, normalizing rolling, thermo mechanical rolling and other heat treatment processes are used.

Q390E-Z25 thick plate has relatively high requirements for process. For Q390E-Z25 plate thickness above 80mm, there are certain requirements for yield tension, impact, elongation, etc.

Q390E-Z25 low alloy thick plate specifications:
Thickness: 8mm and above, length and width specification shall not be less than 1600 * 5000mm.

Low alloy steel Q390E-Z25 thick plate surface quality:
The surface of Q390E-Z25 steel plate shall be free of bubbles, scabs, cracks, folds, inclusions, pressed scale and other harmful defects that affect the use, and the material shall be free of visible delamination. These defects can be identified and found by the naked eye.
