Premier Li Keqiang stressed during his visit to Beijing West Railway Station on February 14 that "we should ensure smooth traffic, improve traffic efficiency, correct illegal behaviors such as setting up cards to intercept and block traffic without permission, and ensure smooth transportation of materials, necessities and personnel for epidemic prevention and control."

With the gradual restoration of smooth traffic, the return rate of non key epidemic areas will gradually increase. Meanwhile, novel coronavirus pneumonia patients have seen zero increase in recent years. The epidemic situation tends to be relatively stable.
