From January to April 2020, China's steel exports will exceed 20 million tons

According to the General Administration of Customs, China's steel exports fell 7.3 percent to 64.29 million tons in 2019.
By April 2020, China's steel exports were 6.32 million tons, up 0.1% from the same period last year.
In cumulative terms, China's steel exports from January to April 2020 reached 20.6 million tons, 2.75 million tons less than the same period last year, a cumulative decline of 11.7%.

In terms of export value, the export value of Steel in 2019 reached us $53,760.26 million (US $53,602,260), a cumulative decline of 11.3%.
By April 2020, China's steel exports amounted to 4753602 thousand US dollars (4753.6 million US dollars), a year-on-year decrease of 4.5%.

From January to April in 2020, China's steel export reached USD 15717,235 (USD 15717.24 million), a decrease of USD 2767,872 or a cumulative decrease of 14.9% compared with the same period of last year.

From January to April in 2020, the average export price of steel in China is USD 7629.73 million/ton.
