Smelting method of S690QL1 steel plate:
S690QL1 steel plate is smelted by oxygen converter or electric furnace and needs vacuum smelting.
Precautions for surface quality of S690QL1 steel plate:
The surface of S690QL1 steel plate shall be free of quality defects such as pits, pits, cracks, bubbles and side interlayer. If the above quality defects occur, they can be corrected, but the repair depth cannot exceed half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate, and the minimum thickness of the steel plate needs to be ensured.
