17CrNiMo6 is the steel number of the German DIN 17210-(86) standard, the European standard is 18CrNiMo7-6, and the corresponding Chinese steel number is: 17Cr2Ni2Mo.
Compared with 20CrNiMo, the carbon content of 17CrNiMo6 steel is 0.03% lower, Cr and Ni are about 1% higher, and the other differences are not significant. The strength is at least 200Mpa higher than that of 20CrNiMo.

17CrNiMo6 high strength alloy steel plate has high bending strength and contact fatigue strength, high hardness and wear resistance. It is widely used in gearbox gears.
