(1)Q345GJC steel can resist the damage of a certain earthquake force, and should be able to resist earthquakes and earthquakes. Therefore, Q345GJC steel plate should not only have sufficient tensile strength and yield strength, but also have a low yield ratio. Low yield ratio can make the material have good cold deformation ability and high plastic deformation work, absorb more seismic energy, and improve the seismic resistance of the building.
(2) Q345GJC steel plate shall have good welding performance, so that preheating is not required before welding and heat treatment is not required after welding, so as to facilitate on-site welding, thus reducing labor intensity and improving labor efficiency.
(3) Q345GJC steel should have high plasticity and toughness to make the steel plate have good mechanical properties.
(4)Q345GJC should have a small fluctuation range of yield strength. When the yield strength changes in a large range, the matching of yield strength between various parts of the building may be different from the design requirements, which is easy to cause local damage and reduce the seismic resistance of the building.
(5) Within the range of Q345GJC beam-column joints connected by welding, when the joint constraint is strong and bears the tensile force along the plate thickness direction, the steel plate must have a certain level of resistance to lamellar tearing.
