Q500GJ steel plate is used for high-rise building structure, with excellent seismic performance, high space utilization rate and green environmental protection. Q500GJ steel plate is mainly used in high-rise building structures, large-span building structures and other buildings.
Delivery status of Q500GJ steel plate: delivered in quenching+tempering, TMCP (thermo-mechanical controlled rolling), TMCP+tempering and other heat treatment status. Different delivery status can be selected according to the demand, and Z-direction performance requirements can also be added: Q500GJC-Z15, Q500GJC-Z25, Q500GJC-Z35.
Chemical composition of Q500GJ steel plate:
C≤0.18, Si≤0.60, Mn≤1.80, P≤0.025, S≤0.015, V≤0.12, Nb≤0.11, Ti≤0.03, Als*≥0.015, Cr≤1.20, Cu≤0.50, Ni≤1.20, Mo≤0.60 .
*It is allowed to use the total aluminum content (Alt) to replace the requirement of acid molten aluminum content (Als). At this time, the total aluminum content (Alt) should not be less than 0.020%. If any element of V, Nb or Ti is added to the steel and its content is not less than 0.015%, the minimum aluminum content is not applicable.
Mechanical properties of Q500GJ steel plate:
Steel plate thickness 12-20mm, yield strength ≥500;
Steel plate thickness>20-40mm, yield strength 500-640;
Tensile strength 610-770;
Elongation% ≥ 17;
Longitudinal impact energy ≥ 55
