Bebon environmental protection analyzes the reason why the filter press contains water content

Filter press this kind of large-scale environmental protection filter products is mainly for solid-liquid separation. But sometimes the effect is not ideal. The most common problem is the low water content. Our company has analyzed the following reasons:

1. Low mud concentration
Sludge concentration, often called sludge solid content, sludge solid content is less than 1%, direct mechanical sludge dewatering effect is not ideal, and the demand for flocculant increases. For example, if domestic sludge or viscous industrial sludge whose concentration is less than 1% enters the belt filter press, it will cause mud leakage, unable to press the mud and low treatment efficiency. The traditional method is to add sludge concentration tank for civil engineering.

2. The flocculating effect of sludge is not ideal
Belt filter press is more dependent on tempering. If the dosage is insufficient and the conditioning effect is not good, the capillary water in the sludge can not be converted into free water which is taken off in the gravity zone, so the sludge entering the low pressure zone from the model zone is still liquid, unable to squeeze. On the contrary, if the dosage is too large, the first is to increase the processing cost, and more importantly, because the viscosity of sludge increases, it is easy to cause the filter belt to be blocked.

3. Filter cloth aging
The filter cloth is aging, and the filter performance declines.

4. Insufficient tension of filter belt
The tension difference between upper and lower strainers has a significant influence on the dewatering effect of sludge. Adjusting the tension of the strainer to make the tension of the lower strainer less than that of the upper strainer, which can increase the amount of free peeling mud from the lower strainer and increase the rate of making mud into a cake.

5. Increase the washing water pressure of the filter belt
The washing of the filter belt is not complete, and there is a blocking phenomenon, which leads to the blocking of the filter water and the high moisture content of the mud cake.

6. Adjust the belt speed of the filter belt
The belt speed of the filter belt also has a great influence on sludge dewatering. If the belt speed is too fast, the sludge runs out from both sides of the filter belt, and the filtering time is shortened, the moisture content of the mud cake will increase. The belt speed of the filter belt should be adjusted properly to extend the filtering time of the gravity dehydration zone.

7. Improper selection of Pareto
The application effect of Pareto directly affects the mud pressing effect. Re-select the type of Pareto, and select a low dosage and good flocculating effect for the water quality.
