SA387Gr.22 steel is mainly suitable for welding chromium-molybdenum alloy structural steel for boilers and pressure vessels.
Heat treatment: Except for grade 91 steel, other grades of steel should be heat treated. The heat treatment method is annealing, normalizing + tempering. The tempering temperature is at least 675℃.
