What is the processing technology of SPA-H corten steel plate

Processing technology of SPA-H corten steel plate:
(1)The temperature of SPA-H corten steel plate is generally higher than that of ordinary cast iron (about 1500℃), so medium frequency induction furnace should be selected.

(2) Acid or alkaline lining can be used. The proportion, knotting, drying and sintering of the lining are carried out according to the conventional process.

(3) Charging principle: the refractory iron alloy such as gray pig iron is now loaded into the furnace bottom, and then the scrap steel is loaded according to the principle of tightening up and loosening down. Feeding sequence: a small amount of ferrochrome and ferromolybdenum - recycled material and pig iron - Scrap - most of ferrochrome.

(4) Adjust the power of the circuit to the maximum for melting, (temperature 1450℃).

(5) Manganese (0.5%), silicon (0.25%) and aluminum (0.5%) were added for deoxidation.

(6) Pouring at 1310-1410℃.
