1. Manual steel plate cutting method:

Manual gas welding cutting, cutting with oxygen and cutting gas propylene, acetylene, etc., is the main manual steel plate cutting method, and the thickness of flame cutting is larger.

Manual gasoline cutting uses gasoline combustion to cut steel plates. It is rarely used at present and is still in the trial stage.

Manual plasma cutting is to use plasma arc and manual cutting gun to cut steel plate. The cutting speed is fast, suitable for thin plate and stainless steel cutting.

2. Semi-automatic cutting method:

The small sports car cutting machine uses the simple slide of the small sports car to cut the steel plate in a straight line, and cannot perform irregular pattern cutting.

Copying cutting machine (also known as profiling cutting machine), to make simple models, rely on the mold track for simple shaped cutting or straight cutting.

There are three main cutting methods for CNC cutting machines:

3. CNC gasoline cutting machine, steel plate cutting with gasoline combustion. CNC cutting machine is currently the most common steel plate cutting and cutting equipment. Because of its high degree of automation, it can cut steel plates for complex and special-shaped parts.
