How to set preheating parameters of numerical control flame cutting machine?

The preheating setting of cutting machine mainly includes two aspects, one is preheating time, the other is preheating temperature. The preheating time is mainly determined by the thickness of the workpiece, and the temperature is not the higher the better, it should match the characteristics of the workpiece material. When the numerical control flame cutting machine works, the combustion starts by conveying the cutting oxygen. With the increase of heat, the combustion will gradually expand.

 

In order to ensure the smooth preheating process, the ignition temperature must be lower than the melting temperature of the material. After preheating, the material will reach the cutting problem in a shorter time. As the proportion of metal elements in the workpiece increases, the cutting process will become more and more difficult, so not all materials are suitable for CNC flame cutting.
