Hydraulic Once-open Filter Press

In terms of traditional filter press, you should orderly pull filter plates to unload filter cakes after filtration. However, hydraulic once-open filter press can pull multiple filter plates at a time to make filter cakes drop down. Its unloading device consists of frequency conversion gear motor, device for pulling plate, transmission shaft, chain wheel, chains, transducer, PLC system and so on. According to the number of filter plates, plates are divided into several groups. All these plates are connected by iron chain. When the filtration finishes, keep plate will loosen and plates in the first group will be pulled. When all of them in the first group are pulled, the device for pulling plate will move to the second group to pull all plates. And this operation will continue until all filter cakes drop down. Finally, this device will come back to original position. This is a complete unloading process.

Application
