Single-bag filter
Single-bag filter is a kind of new-type filtering equipment. Wire-mesh basket is used to support filter bags in the filter. Liquid flows into filter, and then flows pass through the filter bag. Meanwhile, impurities and particles will be left in the filter bags, so as to achieve filtration. Its features are as below.
1. The bag filter is small in size, but it has large capacity of liquid treatment.
2. It is convenient and quick to replace the filter bag, and the filter is free of cleaning.
3. The filter bag can be used repeatedly after cleaning to save cost.
4. The filter precision of the filter bag is continuously improved, and it has reached 0.5 μm at present.
5. The probability of side leakage of the filter bag is small, which effectively guarantees the filtering quality.
6. Bag filter can bear greater working pressure, with small pressure loss, low operating cost and obvious energy saving effect.
7. Bag filter has a wide range of applications, flexible use and various installation methods.
Multi-bag filter
Multi-bag filter have the same structure, working principle and application with single-bag filter. Generally speaking, it adopts side in bottom out type and side in side out type. In addition, its opening ways include rings, rocker arm type and quick-open type. Its surface treatment includes internal and external polishing and internal polishing and external sandblasting. The number of filter bag ranges from 2 to 24.
Plastic bag filter
Plastic bag filter adopts quality PP material whose density can achieve 0.96g/cm³. It can replace stainless steel or carbon steel bag filter with the limits permitted by working pressure and temperature. In addition, it can be used in filtration of many acid and basesolutions.
According to capacity, single-bag filter and multi-bag filter are recommended. Meanwhile, manual welding bag filter and integral injection molding bag filter are provided according to production process.
Jacket insulated bag filter
The barrel of jacket insulated bag filter adopts double-layerstructure. There is a heat preservation jacket in the outside of the barrel. The jacket has one inlet and one outlet. The jacket can be replenished with steaming, hot water or conduction oil, so as to prevent crystal and solidification and keep filtration rate of viscous liquids. Its advantages are as below.
1. Jacket insulated bag filter can be replenished with steaming, hot water or conduction oil to keep temperature.
2. It is suitable for high flow filtration and can contain more impurities, and has longer replacement cycles.
3. 304 and 316L stainless steel bag filters are provided, and they are suitable for deal with various acid-base solutions, solvent and other neutral liquids.
4. We can provide bag filter with heating jacket and anticorrosive coating in the inner wall, so as to meet requirements of different customers. Its bearing capacity is under 10 kg.
