Automatic Drip Tray

Automatic drip tray is installed above belt conveyor or cake storage hopper. During filtration process, the automatic drip tray is closed, and it can collect dropped liquid to prevent “secondary pollution” on dehydrated filter cakes. When filter cake unloading starts, the drip tray will open to ensure that filter cakes can drop down to belt conveyor or cake storage hopper.

Product Introduction

BBNEP automatic drip tray can efficiently collect dropped water and prevent it from wetting dewatered filter cakes. This system consists of actuation cylinder, framework, panels, and bearings and so on.
