What are the cutting methods of Q390GJD-Z25 steel plate for high-rise buildings?
Generally, Q390GJD-Z25 steel plate, a structural steel plate for high-rise buildings, is used in various buildings. However, the steel plate is about 10 meters long, so it needs to be cut. At present, Q390GJD-Z25 steel plate is cut in the following ways:
(1) Flame cutting:
Principle: use combustible gas and auxiliary gas to cut the plate after incineration.
Advantages: simple cutting and low cost.
Defect: the cut sheet is easy to deform, and the cut data is limited.

(2) Plasma cutting:
