What is the chemical composition of 07MnNiMoDR steel

07MnNiMoDR steel is smelted by electric arc furnace + external refining and vacuum treated. The 07MnNiMoDR steel plate shall be delivered in the quenching and tempering state, and the tempering temperature of the steel plate shall not be lower than 610℃. 07MnNiMoDR plate is mainly used in the construction of large oil storage tank, large spherical tank and oil production platform.

07MnNiMoDR steel chemical composition:
C≤0.09, Si 0.15-0.40, Mn 1.20-1.60, P≤0.015, S≤0.005, Cu≤0.25, Ni 0.3-0.6, Cr≤0.3, Mo 0.1-0.3, V≤0.06, B≤0.002, Pcm≤0.21.
Pcm=C+Si/30+(Mn+Cu+Cr)/20+Ni/60+Mo/15+V/10+5B(%).
