What is 35CrMoV steel material?
35CrMoV steel material is a kind of alloy structural steel with carbon content of 0.35%. In addition, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium are added into 35CrMoV steel.

Chemical constituents of 35CrMoV steel material:
C 0.30-0.38, Si 0.17-0.37, Mn 0.40-0.70, Cr 1.00-1.30, Mo 0.20-0.30, V 0.10-0.20.

Mechanical properties of 35CrMoV steel material:
Tensile strength ≥ 1080 MPa, yield strength ≥ 930 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥ 10%, shrinkage after fracture ≥ 50%, impact absorption energy ≥ 71J.

Performance and application of 35CrMoV steel material:
35CrMoV steel material has high strength, good hardenability, poor weldability and low plasticity during cold deformation. It can be used after quenching and tempering.

35CrMoV steel material is used to manufacture important parts under high stress, such as turbine impeller working below 500-520℃, rotor, cover plate, shaft disc, generator shaft, powerful engine and other parts of advanced turbine blower and compressor.
