C: 0.17-0.23, Si: 0.90-1.20, Mn: 0.80 - 1.10, S: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035, Phosphorus P: allowable residual content ≤ 0.035, Chromium Cr: 0.80 - 1.10, Ni: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030, Cu: allowable residual content ≤ 0.030.

Tensile strength σb (MPA): ≥ 785 (80), elongation δ5 (%): ≥ 12, Yield strength σs (MPA): ≥ 635 (65), reduction of area ψ (%): ≥ 45, Impact energy Akv (J): ≥ 55, impact toughness value αkV (J / cm2): ≥ 69 (7), Hardness: ≤ 207HB.
20CrMnSiA alloy structural steel is suitable for manufacturing cold stamping or cold drawing parts and welding parts with higher requirements. It can also manufacture parts with higher toughness requirements, such as high-strength mining ring chain, high-strength bolts, etc. 20CrMnSiA structural steel is generally delivered in annealed status.
