Chemical composition of 65Mn steel plate (%):
C: 0.62-0.70, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.90 - 1.20, S: ≤ 0.035; P: ≤ 0.035, Cr: ≤ 0.25, Ni: ≤ 0.30, Cu: ≤ 0.25.

The mechanical properties of 65Mn steel plate are as follows:
Tensile strength σb (MPA): ≥ 980 (100)
Hardness: hot rolling ≤ 302HB; heating treatment ≤ 321HB.
