What are the advantages of DC53 die steel?

After C53 die steel is quenched at 1040℃ and tempered at 520 - 530℃, the hardness HRC can reach 62 - 63. Its toughness is the highest among the commonly used cold work die steels, and its machinability and grinding properties are good.
