Compared with carbon steel, Q235B steel plate has obvious rebound tendency during bending.
Q235B steel plate is relative to carbon steel. Because of its low tensile strength, the bending angle R of the product should exceed that of carbon steel when the sheet metal is bent, otherwise cracks are likely to appear.
Because of the high strength of Q235B steel plate and the obvious effect of cold work hardening, the alloy steel with heat treatment process strength above 60HRC should be selected when selecting the bending NC blade, and its roughness is one order of magnitude higher than that of carbon steel bending NC blade.
