How can high precision be achieved during laser cutting of 20Cr alloy steel plate?
The most important is the focus position control technology. The smaller the focal depth of the focusing lens, the smaller the focal spot diameter, so it is very important to control the position of the focal point relative to the surface of the 20Cr alloy steel plate being cut.
The second is cutting and perforating technology. Any kind of thermal cutting technology, except for a few cases that can start from the edge of the 20Cr alloy steel plate, generally must pass through small holes in the 20Cr alloy steel plate. Earlier on the laser stamping compound machine, the punch was used to punch out the hole first, and then the laser was used to cut from the small hole.
The third is the nozzle design and airflow control technology. When laser cutting 20Cr alloy steel plate, oxygen and focused laser beam are shot through the nozzle to the 20Cr alloy steel plate to be cut, thus forming a gas flow beam. The basic requirement of the airflow is that the air flow into the incision should be large and the speed should be high, so that enough oxidation can make the incision material fully perform the exothermic reaction; at the same time, there is enough momentum to blow the molten material out.
