Nigeria 16724m3 Crude Oil Tank & 1590m3 Water Tank Project

1. Background Information
This project is belong to Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Ltd (NPDC), they are a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). We have established a strong cooperative relationship with NNPC since 2017. They introduced our company to NPDC for this project. This project is a crude oil tank of 16724m3 & a water tank of 1590m3. For this project, BBN not only provided the raw material, but also provided prefabrication of raw material, including bending, painting, cutting, welding, drilling, beveling, galvanizing. We have professional engineers, they made drawing for every step of the production, and we sent all drawings to client confirm before doing production. Meanwhile, we also provided the ITP, PRODUCTION SCHEDULE to client, under this way, customer can control every step clearly . Finally, our customer also arranged the SGS company as the third-party to do inspection before shipment, and we arranged the shipment when everything was okay. After the customer received the goods, they were very satisfied with our service and quality. They also hope to establish a long-term cooperative relationship.

5. Package
As this kind of raw material has high request of surface and value is high too, so we have also adopted high packaging standard, the packaging method we use is iron frame + wooden pallet + waterproof paper + fumigation-free wooden plate + steel strip, which is not only convenient for loading , but also can protect raw material quality during transportation.

6. Mark & Label & Packing List

We made the label of each parts (the label included the corresponding drawing number, Part name, Qty), and we also sticked the final part list on outer package in order to make customer better able to distinguish the different parts name and also easy to install.
