1.Background information
In 2020, our customer Uruguayan state-owned oil company ANCAP has established working contact with us via e-mail. Knowing that they need to purchase pile pipes for their river embankment protection project, then according to the local environmental characteristics we recommended Q355B SAWH pile pipes to them with specifications as OD749.3*WT19.05*L11500mm and OD749.3*WT19.05*L5500mm. After careful investigation and negotiations, also based on the trust in the quality of our products and services, they finally accepted our suggestion and chose to purchase 400 tons pile pipes from our company.

Our pipes are marked with BBN logo inside and outside, also with the material, specification, standard, furnace and batch number so as to identify easily. SAWH pipes are packed with waterproof paper and tied with hemp rope, which can reduce friction between pipes during transportation.

6.TPI inspection
Our Uruguayan customer requires that the shipment must be subject to strict TPI 100% inspection. Each type of material should be with the different scope of inspection.The required inspection is including MTC, dimension, quantity, quality, mark, label, packing checking and etc. TPI will issue the release note for the shipment only after receipt of our customer’s acceptance of the inspection report and send a copy of release note to them for information.
BBN accepts any third-party testing. Besides, we also have our own QC team, which will carry out strict dynamic testing on the products during production and processing and before shipment to ensure that the products produced by us are of high quality and without defects, can 100% meet customer’s requirements.

BBN has advanced double sided spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe production line, the producing range is OD 219.1mm~4500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm~25.4mm, and the length could reach to 100 meters, annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.We can do shot blasting and anti-corrosion according to DIN 30670 for diameter 10mm ~3500mm, which is the most advanced level in China. To guarantee the quality, our professional QC team can do hydraulic test, ultrasonic testing, x-Ray test and drop hammer test before every shipment. Besides, the appearance of welded seam is flat and smooth which can satisfy different demands on seam.
