1495.5 tons DC01 C390 cold rolled steel coils to Brazil

1.BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This client is a very famous enterprise headquartered in Germany with a history of nearly 100 years, their Brazil branch purchased 1495.5tons cold rolled steel coils this time for the production of automotive products.This is the first time to cooperate with each other. Due to the serious pandemic situation,our client couldn't visit our office and mill by themselves.Before we signed the contract, they investigated Bebon from their China branch and asked their Chinese colleague to visit us. After a deep understanding with us, they finalized the contract with us in August 11th, 2022. They have extremely strict technical requirements on coil surface, the size tolerance, packing,chemical composition and mechanical properties. Bebon finally produced totally according to their requirements and deliver on time even under the serious pandemic situation. Our clients were very satisfied with our quality and our after-sales service after they received our goods.

3.MEETING FOCUS
DC01 C390 is a special material.It is produced under the European standard EN10139. Although the chemical composition is the same with the normal material DC01, mechanical properties is much better than DC01. It is also different from the equivalent material HC420LA, which is also mostly used in automotive field. The Manganese content requirement is not so strict as C390.We all know welding performance and oxidation resistance will be affected by the Manganese content. Few mills produce this material C390, it is difficult to control the hardness and the mechanical properties, the finished product ratio is not good, in this case, many costs will increase.
