Pig Manure Single Shaft Horizontal Mixer

This Machine can be Divided into Three Parts
1. Frame part.  All the working parts of this machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of this machine is made of carbon steel plate and channel steel welded together, and it is subject to strict product certification and specific process requirements to achieve the purpose of use.
2. Transmission connection part.  The motor drives the pulley, v-belt and gear reducer to drive the main shaft, which makes the main shaft rotate. The main working parts of the transmission reducer and mixer are equipped with nylon shaft pins, which are easy to assemble and maintain.
3. Mixing working part.  With the rotation of the spindle, the special spiral stirring blades welded on the spindle rotate synchronously to make the material tumble evenly in the mixing cavity, so that the material is fully mixed, thus also reducing the residual amount of material. After stirring for a period of time, the material flows out from the discharge port in the lower part of the body.
