Product Introduction

Working Principle
Organic fertilizer cooler is driven by the main motor belt and pulley, through the reducer drive to the main shaft, through the active shaft mounted on the open gears and fixed in the body of the large gear ring teeth together, working in opposite directions. The material is added from the inlet end, through the inside of the barrel. The air flow inside the barrel is accelerated by the suction of the induced draft fan (used in conjunction with the machine), and the lifting board installed on the inner wall of the passageway constantly turns the material up, thus achieving the purpose of uniform cooling. The cooled material flows out from the outlet. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the materials keep entering to realize the mass production.
