BB compound fertilizer production line adopts automatic instrument control and integrates the production process of batching, mixing and packing. It solves the phenomenon of material deviation caused by different specific gravity and particle size of common equipment, and improves the batching precision. It is suitable for the production of high concentration mixed fertilizer (i.e. BB fertilizer), which is made of elemental nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium granular fertilizer mixed with other micro-elements and pesticides in certain proportion. The whole set of equipment is divided into two parts: main equipment and external auxiliary equipment. The main equipment includes: automatic batching unit, automatic mixing and stirring unit, automatic packaging unit, control system, etc.; external auxiliary equipment mainly includes: conveyor, sewing machine, air pump, equipment platform, etc.
