Seamless pipe

Seamless pipes are produced starting from steel billets, that are heated and perforated to create the tubular section. The word “seamless” means the absence of seam welds. Seamless pipe has higher pressure, higher temperature, higher mechanical stress & corrosive atmosphere than welded pipes. Our company pays close attention to quality and safety management and we already obtained the certificates of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environment Management System, API certificate, and the manufacturing license of pressure pipeline. Our seamless pipe is supplied with out diameter 10.3mm -1060mm, wall thickness 1.0mm -120mm. The annual capacity is 500,000 tons.

Seamless pipe as the name suggests is a pipe without a seam or a weld-joint in contrast to Seam or Welded pipe. In a Seam or Welded pipe, the seam or the weld-joint is the weaker part of the pipe limiting the strength of the pipe to the strength of the weld-joint. Whereas the seamless pipe does not have any such joint and thus has uniform structure & strength all over the pipe body. Thus the seamless pipe can withstand higher pressure, higher temperature, higher mechanical stress & corrosive atmosphere and find wide applications in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, power, automotive, bearing, mechanical & structural applications.
