SSAW pipes

SSAW pipes are made of hot-rolled steel strip as raw material, which is often formed by constant temperature spiral forming and automatic submerged arc welding. Manufacturing process is rolling the steel strip, to make the rolling direction have an angle with the direction of the pipe center, forming and welding, so the welding seam is in a spiral line. Production and inspection according to API SPEC 5L pipeline specification, GB/T3091, GB/T9711-2011, EN10219, ASTM A252 standard. We have modern production lines with pipe size φ219.1mm-φ3580mm, wall thickness 3.2mm-25.4mm. Annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.
