LSAW pipes 

LSAW Pipe (Longitudinal Submerged Arc-Welding Pipe), is taking the steel plate as raw material, mold it by the molding machine, then do double-sided submerged arc welding. Through this process the LSAW steel pipe will get excellent ductility, weld toughness, uniformity, plasticity and great sealing. The production equipment is quick and easy to change, and the LSAW pipe product specifications range is large. The production line can produce LSAW pipes with diameters 406-4500mm, the wall thickness 8mm-100mm, and the length 5.8m-12.5m. The pipe material has carbon steel, special steel, alloy steel, and the highest steel grade X80. Production and inspection according to API SPEC 5L pipeline specification, ASTM A53, ASTM A252, GB/T3091, GB/T9711-2011, EN 10219, A671/A672 CL10-CL13 standard. The annual capacity is 250 thousand tons.
