Introduction of alloy steel plate:
In addition to iron and carbon, other alloy elements are added to steel, which is called alloy steel. The main alloy elements of alloy steel are silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, titanium, niobium, zirconium, cobalt, aluminum, copper, boron, rare earth, etc. According to the different added elements and combine with proper processing technology, the special properties such as high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance and non magnetism can be obtained by alloy steel plate.
Specification of alloy steel plate:
Standard | Typical Steel Grades | Thickness (mm) |
50CrMo4/51CrV4/20MnB5/34CrMo4/ | ≤160mm | |
12Cr1MoV/20Cr/40Cr/15CrMo/20CrMo/ | ≤30mm |
Application of alloy steel plate:
Alloy structural steel is used to make important engineering structures and machine parts.
Alloy quenched and tempered steel is widely used in manufacturing various important parts of automobiles, tractors, machine tools and other machines, such as gears, shafts, connecting rods, bolts, etc. Most of the quenched and tempered parts bear a variety of working loads, and the stress situation is complex, which requires high comprehensive mechanical properties. Therefore, the alloy quenched and tempered steel should have high strength, good plasticity and toughness. Alloy quenched and tempered steel should also have good hardenability. However, the requirements of hardenability are different for different parts with different stress conditions.
