ASTM A633 steel plate introduction:
The ASTM A633 steel plate specification is the Standard Specification for Normalized High-Strength Low-Alloy Structural Steel Plates when superior notch toughness is needed at low temperatures.
ASTM A633 steel plate include four grades, grade C is available up to 4" in thickness and Grade E is available up to 6" in thickness. Typical applications are utility poles as plates, offshore platforms, construction equipment frames, electric shovel dipper handles and suspension components.
