The meaning and use of 20MnMoNi55 steel plate

20MnMoNi55 steel plate for boilers and pressure vessels, 20 indicates that the carbon element content is 0.2%; 55 indicates that the Ni element content is between 54.5-55.5%. It is suitable for the production and inspection of steel plates with a thickness of not more than 150mm.

20MnMoNi55 steel plate application: widely used in petroleum, chemical power stations, boilers and other operations for the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, nuclear energy reactor pressure shells, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, hydropower stations equipment and components such as high pressure water pipe turbine volute.

20MnMoNi55 steel plate delivery condition: normalized + tempered or quenched and tempered.
