18MnMoNbR is a special steel plate for manufacturing pressure vessels.
"18" is the carbon content of 0.18%
"Mn": composition containing a certain chemical element - manganese
"Mo": composition containing a certain chemical element - molybdenum
"Nb": composition containing a certain chemical element - niobium
"R" : the first letter of the container plate
