Stainless steel data sheet: grade 310, 310S, 310H
1. 310 grade stainless steel:
-Chemical composition: Chromium (24-26%), Nickel (19-22%), Silicon (≤1.50%), Manganese (≤2.00%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), Sulfur (≤0.030%).
-Physical properties: Tensile strength ≥515 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥40%, density 8.03 g/cm³.
-Heat treatment: can be quenched or solution treated, suitable for applications in high-temperature environments.
2. 310S grade stainless steel:
-Chemical composition: Chromium (24-26%), Nickel (19-22%), Silicon (≤1.50%), Manganese (≤2.00%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), Sulfur (≤0.030%).
-Physical properties: Tensile strength ≥515 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥40%, density 8.03 g/cm³.
-Characteristics: Excellent corrosion resistance, with better stability in oxidizing and sulfurizing atmospheres.
3. 310H grade stainless steel:
-Chemical composition: Chromium (24-26%), Nickel (19-22%), Silicon (≤1.50%), Manganese (≤2.00%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), Sulfur (≤0.030%), Carbon (≤0.10%).
-Physical properties: Tensile strength ≥515 MPa, yield strength ≥205 MPa, elongation ≥40%, density 8.03 g/cm³.
-Features: High carbon version, providing additional mechanical strength and performing better under high temperature conditions.
310, 310S, 310H stainless steel grades meet standard requirements, providing excellent high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance, and are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing that require high-temperature stable materials.
