India postpones the final decision of stainless steel seamless pipe to China

On September 9, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement and received the office memo of the Ministry of Finance on September 8, 2022 on approving the extension of the issuance of the final decision on stainless steel seamless tubes&pipes with a diameter of 6 inches or less originating in or imported from China, which was extended to September 24, 2022.

On September 10, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that, in response to the application submitted by Indian enterprises Chandan Steel Limited, Tubacex PrakashIndia Private Limited and Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited, an anti-dumping investigation was launched against stainless steel seamless pipes with a diameter of 6 inches or less originating in or imported from China. It refers to products under Indian customs code 7304.
