How to test properties of S890QL steel hardness

The weldability of S890QL steel hardness is good. It means that under certain process and construction conditions, S890QL steel hardness can obtain good performance after welding. Weldability is a measure of the hot workability of steel. Weldability can be divided into weldability in construction and weldability in use. Weldability in construction refers to the sensitivity of cracking in weld metal and near seam zone, and hardening sensitivity of steel in near seam zone. Good weldability means that under certain welding process conditions, the weld metal and steel near the seam do not produce cracks. Weldability in use means that the mechanical properties of weld and HAZ steel are not lower than those of base metal.

The company has new project in Peru. It is about more than 2000 tons S890QL steel hardness, LSAW steel pipes and large diameter pipe fittings, an repeat order for Peru Goverment. The fittings include Manhole, big Elbow, Bifurcation, etc. Since 2012 when we cooperated with the Peru Goverment to operate the hydropower project, they have repeat orders for us almost every year.

The company has allocated special environmental protection facilities for all S890QL steel hardness pollution sources, strengthened the recycling of waste resources and improved the efficiency of resource utilization. At present, the recovery and utilization rate of solid wastes such as iron slag, steel slag, iron bearing dust, S890QL steel hardness steel mill scale, environmental protection dust has reached 100%.
