EN10025-2 S275J0 grade steel,In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate size.

The Qatar Railways company launched a tender for designing ,construction and completion of Green Line Project. Our company has participated in the bidding from Qatar Railway Company since May, 2016. A delegation from project visited several famous pipe mill in China for 15 days in July,2016. Of course the delegations had visited our pipe mill.

EN10025-2 S275J0 grade steel,SS400 steel is one of the most commonly used hot rolled general structural steel. SS400 steel’s mechanical properties is yield strength more than 225-235MPa, tensile strength 360-510Mpa and 340-470Mpa. For SS400 steel, the C element content is 0.2% max, the Mn element content is 1.40% max, the P element content is 0.045% max, the S element content is 0.045% max.
