Cold formed EN 10219-1 S275JOH hollow sections S275J0H S275J2H rectangular pipes

The S275JOH, S275J0H, and S275J2H rectangular pipes under the EN 10219-1 standard are manufactured using cold forming technology, with a carbon content of ≤0.21% and manganese content of ≤1.50%. They have both high yield strength (≥275MPa) and tensile strength (430-580MPa). Its impact toughness is classified according to model differences. S275J0H maintains a toughness of ≥39J at 0 ℃, while S275J2H is suitable for low-temperature scenarios of -20℃ and is widely used in bridge trusses, mechanical frames, and offshore platform support structures.

S275J0H hollow section is formed through precision rolling and argon arc welding processes, with a surface oxide layer thickness of ≤ 5μm and a dimensional tolerance control of ± 0.1mm, suitable for welding requirements of building curtain walls and heavy equipment. The heat treatment specification requires delivery in the normalized or controlled rolling state to ensure tissue uniformity and fatigue resistance, and has passed the EU CE certification, meeting the mechanical and corrosion resistance requirements of EN 10219-1 for cold formed welded hollow profiles.
