Chemical composition of N06625 nickel based alloy steel

In terms of chemical composition, N06625 nickel based alloy steel is mainly composed of trace elements such as nickel (58%), chromium (21.5%), molybdenum (9%), niobium (3.6%), titanium, and aluminum. The addition of these elements endows N06625 alloy steel with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability.

Among them, the content of nickel makes N06625 nickel based alloy steel have good corrosion resistance and heat resistance, the addition of chromium improves its oxidation resistance, the addition of molybdenum increases its strength and hardness, and the addition of niobium improves its creep resistance. In addition, the addition of titanium and aluminum also plays an important role in improving the corrosion resistance and creep resistance of the alloy.
