4Cr5MoSiV1 alloy tool steel is formed by adding alloying elements on the basis of carbon steel. The alloy tool steel includes: steel for measuring and cutting tools, steel for impact-resistant tools, cold-work mold steel, hot-work mold steel, non-magnetic mold steel, and plastic mold steel. 4Cr5MoSiV1 is a hot work mold steel.
4Cr5MoSiV1 alloy tool steel characteristics and uses: It is a H13 air quenching hardening hot work mold steel imported from the United States. Its properties and uses are basically the same as those of 4Cr5MoSiV steel, but because of its higher vanadium content, its medium temperature (600 degrees) performance is better than that of 4Cr5MoSiV steel. It is a representative steel grade that is widely used in hot work mold steel.
Executive standard: GB/T 1299; unified digital code A20502.
Delivery condition: The 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is delivered in the annealed condition.
4Cr5MoSiV1 tool steel physical properties:
Its density is 7.8t/m3; the elastic modulus E is 210000MPa.
4Cr5MoSiV1 alloy tool steel application range:
It is suitable for aluminum alloy die-casting dies, tools and mandrels for hot extrusion and perforation, die forging hammer forging dies, press forging dies, high-speed precision forging dies and plastic pressing dies, etc. structural parts with a working temperature of 400 to 500℃.
