12MnNiVR-SR steel is a pressure vessel plate, 12MnNiVR-SR is read as: 12 manganese nickel vanadium capacity-SR; "12" represents the carbon content; "Mn" represents the chemical element manganese content; "Ni" represents the chemical element nickel content; "V" represents the chemical element vanadium content; "R" is the initial letter of the vessel plate; SR is the post-weld heat treatment.
Heat treatment process of 12MnNiVR-SR steel plate in delivery state:
All 12MnNiVR-SR steel plates are delivered in a quenched and tempered (quenched + tempered) state, and the final tempering temperature of the 12MnNiVR-SR plate is not lower than 620. Generally, the delivery time of the tempered boards is relatively long, which depends on the heat treatment time and quantity.
12MnNiVR-SR steel protocol standard:
12MnNiVR-SR steel plate size, shape, quality and its allowable deviation are in accordance with the relevant regulations of GB19189 and GB/T709. Among them, the unevenness of the steel plate along the width direction: the steel plate with a thickness ≥ 20mm does not exceed 6/1000, and the steel plate with a thickness <20mm does not exceed 8/1000. And the negative deviation of the thickness of the steel plate is 0mm, and the thickness tolerance zone is moved up by 0.25mm as a whole. The calculation method of the theoretical quality of the steel plate is based on the added value of the thickness specified in the GB19189 standard, and 0.125mm is added.

The surface quality of the 12MnNiVR-SR steel plate shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB19189, and the surface of the steel plate is not allowed to be repaired by welding. The steel plate is not allowed to have impurities such as pores, trachoma and cracks.
