06Ni9DR steel plate tolerance and surface quality

Size, shape, weight and allowable tolerance of 06Ni9DR steel plate:
The size, shape and allowable tolerance of the 06Ni9DR steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T709, and the thickness deviation shall comply with the provisions of Class B in GB/T709. The requirements of the buyer can also meet the requirements of Class C in GB/T709.
The 06Ni9DR steel plate is delivered according to the theoretical weight. The thickness used in the theoretical weight is the arithmetic mean of the maximum and minimum thicknesses allowed by the steel plate. The density of the steel is 7.85g/cm3.

Surface quality of 06Ni9DR steel plate:
The surface of the steel plate is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folds and interlayers. If there is any surface defect, it is allowed to be cleaned. The cleaning depth shall be calculated from the actual size of the steel plate, and shall not exceed half of the allowable tolerance of the thickness of the steel plate. The minimum thickness of the steel plate at the cleaning site shall be guaranteed, and the defect cleaning site shall be smooth and without edges and corners.

Other defects do not exist, but their depth should not exceed half of the allowable deviation of the thickness of the steel plate from the actual size of the steel plate, and it should be ensured that the thickness of the steel plate at the defect is not less than the allowable minimum thickness of the steel plate.
