b. When the working voltage of the electric isolator is too high, the length of the electric isolator is too large, and the amount of splashing increases. In addition, the air oxidation loss of the aluminum alloy component increases, and an excellent spray welding layer cannot be obtained.
c. The working voltage of the electric sol is too low, the length of the electric sol is too short, the hot-rolled steel plate extends to the molten pool, and the electric sol is unstable.
(3) Welding rate
a. After the welding current and the working voltage of the electric isolation are clear, the welding speed will increase, the total width of the weld, the deposition aspect ratio, and the penetration depth will all decrease.
b. If the welding rate is too fast, the weld will become concave, the slag will cover unevenly, and the appearance of the weld will be malignant. When it is more serious, the weld will not last.
c. Welding rate hour, the total width of the weld is increased, the deposition height is increased, the melting depth is increased, and the forward fluidity of the cladding metal material causes the disadvantage of poor welding.
(4) Shake frequency
a. After the welding current, working voltage, and spray welding rate are clear, the shaking frequency is too fast, the total width of the weld, and the penetration are reduced. Sometimes the weld is not continuous, and the slag is not uniformly covered, which is very easy to cause welding. Malignant appearance of welds.
b. The shaking frequency is too slow, the total width of the weld will increase, and the melting depth will increase, and the weld will not last, become a zigzag, and cause poor welding.
