What's the delivery condition of A588 Grade A steel?

       A588 Grade A steel structural plate finished under ASTM A588 specification shall conform to the requirements of the current edition of Specification A6/A6M. For the specific A588 Grade A plates ordered, unless a conflict exists, in which case A588 Grade A steel shall be delivered in normalized, stress relief or normalize first and then stress relief.
